Leading a comprehensive content strategy overhaul for the Career Center. Components include:
-Facilitated the development of a core statement of organizational '24/7' principles and associated actions.
-Spearhead strategic website redesign (in process) with high quality static content and intuitive navigation.
-Leading a 14-person team of career counselors to write and produce clear, concise, and actionable curricular materials for the website, individual appointments, and group presentations.
-Incorporating social media, blogging, document sharing, and curating links as a consistent and staff-wide content strategy.
-Managing teams reviewing and recommending best on-demand appointment scheduling, and resume/interviewing/self-assessment technologies.
Contributed to development of the inaugural and second-annual Duke Arts Festival and DEMAN (Duke Entertainment Media Arts Network) Weekend as the Career Center delegate.
Wrote, edited, and managed assignments and deadlines in the last three weeks of work on our 2011 Career Guide. Converted project from at-risk to printing on schedule.
Through 2010, counseling portfolio also included careers in Arts, Entertainment and Sports.
